Microbalance Course

Background
Good customer satisfaction is supported by the presence of after-sales service, fast reaction to service requests and the competence of our service engineers With service contracts, we frequently check the equipment, ensure the high reliability of the instruments and ensure best return of investment. After-sales service is a main factor for our success and accomplishes much more than just fixing breakdowns. ISO conformance, calibration service, initial verification service, and audit and consultation all contribute to the success of our service technicians as customer partners in the market. A continuous learning process ensures the maintenance of upto-date knowledge and makes our after-sales service organizations more effective and profitable.

Training Objectives
Technical service training on the following micro balances: XPmicro, MX5, UMX5, UMX2, MT5, UMT5, UMT2. In addition the participants will be given an appropriate amount of weighing theory.

Prerequisites
Service technicians with experience on METTLER TOLEDO analytical balances Attendance of the Balance Basic Service Course or at least an extensive training on AT/AX/XP analytical balances, long time experience and an aptitude for precision mechanics. Good knowledge in the use of the LARS.

Start & End of Training
The training will start in the Training Center at Mettler-Toledo AG in Greifensee on Monday at 08.15. The training will finish on Friday at 16.00.

Traveling
Participants arriving by airplane can schedule their flights to / from Zürich airport. Plan to arrive on Sunday afternoon/evening and depart on Friday after 19:00, or on Saturday.

Not applicable Qualification After completing all training modules the participant will receive a certificate with qualification level “ADVANCED”
