Equipment Qualification Course
Background
To be successful in supporting our products and expand the service offering we have to gain the knowledge about equipment qualification and certification. During the last years, the requirements for installation and operation of analytical equipment have changed significantly. Several customers are expressing an urgent need for professional installation and quick taking-to-operation of the acquired balance or moisture analyzer due to the regulatory and quality requirements. Initial equipment qualification (IQ/OQ), requalification, instrument calibration and subsequent certification are the most important services that the customers expect in this respect. Educated and qualified service personnel are necessary to provide the corresponding services. We increase our knowledge and become a competent and reliable partner for our customers. Moreover we are able to prove the possessing of the knowledge and expertise on qualification and certification demanded by regulatory bodies.
Training Objectives
After this training the participant will be able to:
• Install and qualify weighing equipment and moisture analyzer with the IPac and the EQ-Pac.
• Understand the requirements for IQ/OQ and calibration.
• Know, how to qualify and how to conduct the calibration of the Balances and Moisture Analyzers.
• Be familiar with the basic regulatory compliance issues associated with equipment qualification and calibration.
• Be aware of arising opportunities for increasing service revenues.

Costs
Travel costs to be paid by participant. For non METTLER TOLEDO employees a training fee of 1500 CHF will be charged. MT LabTec will cover hotel costs and lunch during the training.

Prerequisites
The course is designed for experienced Service Technicians who are working in the field for min. 6 month and with good technical knowledge on Balances and Moisture Analyzer.
Start & End of Training
The training will start on Monday at 08.15 and finish on Friday at 16.00.
Traveling
Participants arriving by airplane can schedule their flights to / from Zürich airport. Plan to arrive on Sunday afternoon/evening and depart on Friday after 19:00, or on Saturday.

Not applicable Qualification After completing all training modules the participant will receive a certificate with qualification level “ADVANCED”
